I worked for Celebrity a couple months ago and I quit because I felt disgusted selling people food for 400 times what it costs at the store. I was encouraged by the manager I was working under, Steve Williams. To outright lie to prospects and make them think that
1. The food they sell is the same price as that of stores like fred meyer or albertsons when in reality its much much much more.
2. The food is of higher quality and is organic when in fact it is def. Not organic and noone in the company will ever actually tell you where they get their food.
3. The freezer they sell is commercial grade and has a lifetime warranty when in fact its a horribly cheap piece of crap with a warranty that only lasts as long as you pay for their overpriced dry food.
The company hides price per pound and uses a point system because if you knew the actual price you would shit your pants. Its involves alot of sidestepping and a little sleight of hand.
Families who can barely afford to get by are being victimized by this companies outright shady business practices. Noone in their right mind will tell you paying 100 bucks for a lb of crab legs is a good deal. For that much you could pay the crab to kill and cook himself.
