One occasion to this pizza hut I had TWO BUGS in my glass of pop, but still didn't get a free pop or even a discount of any kind.
The 2nd occasion We had a coupon of some sort for the pizzas and one of the pizzas ordered was a ham and green olive. Well after waiting about a half an hour our waitress came out and asked if our pizza was ham and green pepper. Which we replied no, so she said it would be even longer to make the pizza right. So about another half an hour later we got a hamburger and green olive pizza. The only thing they did was they told us we could keep the coupon to use again. Pretty lousy after over an hour of waiting for a pizza but still didnt even get the right pizza but still had to pay for it!!!
They have lousy service and lazy waitresses that need some training; and also better management
