I am reporting a food illness from this food facility,
McDonalds I have very bad diarrhea, cramps, my stomach hurts very much! Very painful this is what happen I awoke decided to go eat McDonalds 9:00 am I order egg McMuffin 5-10 minutes later I had very bad stomach pains very bad diarrhea please do not eat at this food facility or any other McDonalds for that matter, I'm still in a lot of pain I will contact the health department, if anyone can suggest a lawyer please do so,
