Recently I had the most horrible experience at a local restaurant in Arlington Heights Illnois called Jamesons Charhouse 11331 West Dundee Road. From the very beginning when a young hostess who was extremely disrespectful as well as arrogant was most disturbing as was her vulgar language and pierced body parts. The waitress whose uniform was filthy and torn and had the most wretched body odor as if she hadn't bathed for days, I surprised the managment would allow such an unsanitary person serve food.
My drink finally arrived after a 35 minute wait only to be served both warm not cold and incorrect while the appetizer was cold and not hot and appeared to have been returned by someone else who refused it. When the entree arrived a fish entree, it had a horrible odor as if it were spoiled definitly uneatable, infact the table next to complained about the offensive odor spoiling their appetite. After waiting over 30 minutes from the time the waitress served me never coming back to check on my meal finally a young Greek manager came over argueing, saying there was nothing wrong with the fish therfore refusing to recook another fish entree and refused to refund the dinner. The straw that broke the camels back was when I wnt to the restroom only to observe a cook staff come out of a bathroom stall not flushing the toliet or even bother to wash his hands. I will never return to such an unsanitary unhealthy place putting allthe customers at risk. This place should be reported to the health department and closed
