I visit PB ALOT in Lakewood, WA as it's close to the military base where I work. This location is a successful location as most PB's you visit are. HOWEVER, the Puyallup, WA location, which has potential to be very busy, IS NOT busy or good. When you walk into a PB at lunch or dinner, anywhere, usually it's packed with consumers. The Puyallup location is NOT which tells me ALOT. I have tried really hard to give the benefit of the doubt and keep returning hoping it will improve. NO LUCK! After today's experience, I asked the staff for their Corporate Office number as I would hope they would care about a new location failing miserably because of POOR MANAGEMENT. When I see staff loitering around with dirty tables and absolutely not a care in the world for presentation of food or dining area, I am concerned. Not to mention at most visits, they run out of something. Today they were out of salad dressing! Really? I order a full salad every time I go here and my husband orders pick two half salad. Something is wrong when both salads (different sizes and price) ARE THE SAME SIZE but different price. If I order a full salad it shouldn't be a half size for the price of a full. This location NEEDS help and until it gets some supervised attention from Corporate it's going to remain empty as it has been. The word has obviously spread around and it will be the demise of this GREAT location unfortunately. I don't plan to return until I see the parking lot full again.
