I stop at Panera atleast three times a week. I've notice reently that when I go thru the Drive Thru the quality of my experience is not there.
1. The sale persons appear pushy when placing my order. I want to take my time ordering... I order the same things all the time and one day want to try something different.
2. AFTER GETTING HOME, I discover that the $1.20 cream cheese that i paid for was not in the bag. But neither were napkins or a knife! It just seems that every since they got this new Drive Thru things are not the same... Even my everything bagel taste less than!!!
