Went to DQ in Niles, Mi on Sept 20 at 6:51pm and had very poor customer service when I received my blizzard running all down the side and smashed under the drink lid inside a blizzard lids. I complain to the counter clerk about the appearance of the blizzard and he said that"s the way it is. Did not offer to remake or remedy the problem. Very unhappy customer.
