I ordered take out from Nifty Fifties and when I got there the food wasn't completely ready so we waited for it. They gave us the milkshakes and we started drinking them as we waited. We noticed they were completely watery, not thick at all, they weren't even good, and we've had plenty of their milkshakes before so we know what they should taste like, so we politely asked if they could remake them and they seemed fine with it so they went back to 'remake' the milkshakes. Finally they brought us the rest of the food and eventually the rest of the milkshakes. I took a sip of mine and it was fine so we went to the car and drove home. When we were on the way home, we tried one of the other ones and it was completely watery so I said I wonder how the rest are and they were ALL watery. We wondered if maybe they didn't even remake them. I said it was as shame we didn't make a mark on them before they took the shakes to remake so we could see if they just gave us them all back and only remade the one I was drinking. Thats when I was informed that the one milkshake DID have a mark that my boyfriend had made with his nail in it and I said well check for it! And sure enough it was the same cup. They simply gave us the same ones back. That was so disrespectful and ridiculous. On top of that they messed up our $95.00 order of food, and the fries were cold, and the dessert (the waffles) didn't have the chocolate ice cream with it that we ordered and the apple pie one wasn't even separated from the ice cream like we'd asked them to do so it wouldn't get soggy. This was the most disappointing and frustrating encounter I have ever had with a restaurant and I was very upset that they did this.
