Applebees - 9 oz house sirlion

Great service, steak was supposed to be a sirloin but had the consistency of boot leather. New menu, higher prices, worse food and smaller portions. First time I have eaten at Applebees in 10 years and will be the last - very dissapointed:{
When I went to fill out the survey I discovered that there was no serial number on my receipt, hmmm...
