Earlier today, my son made a trip to the DQ in Union Mo, on Denmark Rd. I told him I wanted the flavor of the month, which iI knew is the triple berry brownie blizzard. When he returned I was in the middle of something, and told him to just put it in the freezer. At 9pm that evening I got my blizzard from the freezer and was ready to enjoy that triple berry brownie blizzard. I opened the Blizzard. It was a pumpkin pie blizzard. I WAS REALLY UPSET BECAUSE I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT AFTER A STRESSFUL DAY! I called my son and asked what he ordered and he said "the flavor of the month, pumpkin pie. There were two blizzard on the board (at drive through) and that was the lemon pie and pumpkin pie. Today was august 10th. How long does it take the people at this DQ to keep up with the rest of the U. S? By the 10th day of the month, the correct flavor should have been on the menu board on the drive through. This seems like a gross lack of management. Is there even a manager there? If there is, then they are not doing their job. Keeping current is an important thing to consumers. I have noticed before when I have gone to that drive though that the current blizzard of the month was not advertised on the menu board. But thought for sure it would have been changed by the 10th of the month. I am very disappointed in the Union DQ. If you are loosing customers, you will probably find them at the Washington DQ. They advertise specials all the time, Union NEVER does.
