I was contracted by Coversign Corporation for notary services on 6 different occasions in December and January. The contact person and President of Coversign Corporation, Nathaniel Maurice Coleman, agreed to pay me $90.00 for each of these 6 assignments, for a total of $540.00. To date I have not received payment despite numerous attempts to contact Coversign and Mr. Coleman by phone, email and mail.
Coversign Corporation was located in Louisville, Kentucky until December at which time he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia.
Presently I am owed $540.00 by Mr. Coleman, and I am aware of dozens of other Notaries Public in numerous states who are also owed money from Mr. N. Maurice Coleman/Coversign Corporation for their services. I learned afterwards that he has been involved in many different corporations and business ventures in Kentucky and is a known scam artist. Beware of this con man Maurice Coleman!!!
