When a customer tells you she is about to faint because the AC is broken and the employees are using all the steam machines on a hot night with all windows and doors closed, opening the door for air for a few minutes is not unreasonable. SO when I did and was abruptly spoken to by some little jerk behind the counter muttering about working there for 6 hours and saying he was going to get fired if he touched the door, I decided to speak to Hannah, the manager.
