I always give benefit of the doubt before writing a review (actually this is my first review). After many trips to the Flushing, NY (on Kissena Blvd and Sanford Ave), the coffee tastes bitter and old (on and off). As if they never clean the machines. Today I ordered mocha and caramel ice coffee, along with the bitter tasting coffee, they poured in a great amount of mocha and now it looks like chocolate milk. I didn't pay for ice chocolate milk. They need to work on cleaning their machines and know how to make different flavor coffee drinks.
