A Well-Taken Care of Customer - Staff conduct

Hello,

I wish to compliment two Subway associates at the Lancaster, PA Manheim Pike location.

The first names of the associates are MaryAnn and Tracy.

I had ordered a 6-inch sub. MaryAnn suggested that I could buy a foot long, have the 6-inch prepared for immediate consumption, and then have the other 1/2 later.

Her full suggestion involved placing the ingredients for the second half of the sub into separate containers. The bread would be alone.

*I did eat the second half the next day.

Though, the above may be a 'simple' story, I thought that the friendliness of MaryAnn and Tracy in addition to the 'suggestion' to 'preserve' the second half of the sandwich for later to be a 'capital' idea.

I found myself wishing to 'execute a gratuity'; however, I felt awkward doing so. I believe MaryAnn did, too.

Associates/Employees like MaryAnn and Tracy should be lauded and rewarded as they represent the company in a direct manner.
