There is so much sanding sugar on the top of your muffins that, even if you were willing to risk the diabetic coma, they are painful to eat. The sugar grinds the roof of your mouth raw. A soft cake product should not require such force to chew. I had to throw away a third of my muffin because it was inedible. Additionally they are already so sickly sweet that the extra sugar makes them impossible to eat. Please save yourself some money and do away with all the sanding sugar.
