IHOP survey page on the internet will allow 1 position to enter 13 digit number. Can't go on

IHOP survey page on the internet will allow 1 position to enter 13 digit number. Cant enter the number so you can't continue to do the survey. This in not the restaurant's fault. It is the fault of whoever maintains the internet pages. The restaurant was good. Good food, good service. Clean.
