Elaine represented me in a case involving my car accident. The insurance company settled with us and payed us 100,000 for my claim as i was injured so bad it paralyzed me from the waist down. When it came time for her to pay me the part i was due she told me that shes un able to pay me as she had debts with her other marketing business that she needed to use the money for. I called the police on her and she just got arrested for stealing.
The case is still pending but my lawyer said for me not to expect to get my money. Since she is out on bail, Elaine Papas is still practicing law. What ever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER. If her name also comes up with a advertising agency, stay away from her then as well. She is nothing but a thief who steals for paralyzed victims who is unable to take care of myself. I hate these kind of lawyers who act smart and make you think they are honest but really are scum bag crooks.
