We worked with her to obtain financing / mortgage for a house. She gave us incorrect information that caused us to lose our housing - to literally become homeless. She was all smiles and pleasantness initially, but each day working with her proved to be more and frustrating. When we called her on her mistakes, she became extremely rude. I don't know how she stays in business.
She told us we would have our financing on a certain date and then proceeded to postpone that date repeatedly because of mistakes she'd made. She waited until the last minute to tell us about these mistakes, causing delays and problems that were avoidable. She did not seem to understand the problems she caused with her incorrect information.
When that information proved to be false, and we were left in the lurch, she refused to answer calls, would not respond to emails. She became belligerent and rude. We ended up losing a lot of money because of her, and being put through terrible stress. We were left without housing in the coldest month of the year. This was our first home we were trying to move into, and what should've been a cause for celebration became a nightmare.
Do not patronize her or Legacy Group of Portland, Oregon / Lake Oswego, Oregon. Besides being inept at her profession, she made a number of questionable ethical choices that call her integrity into question. The icing on the cake was her complete lack of professional behavior.
Her website claims she has a "client centered approach and high customer service standards" - we experienced anything but. We've gotten better customer service at fast food places.
Stay away from Legacy Group for your mortgage, home loans, VA loan, residential and commercial lending, foreclosures, mortgage banking, construction loan, finance, realty, realtors, etc.
