ACS Loan chk rec dept fort mills sc
Allstate collects services They keep pulling fund out of my account. They call me and my mother saying I was looking at jail time if I did not pay this bill in their office

ACS contacted me saying they had a default loan in their office and that they have been try to reach me. They said they had mail me out letters and notice about this bill.
They said because I have not responded that they were turn it over to local law officers and that I was going to jail for account fraud.
Worried I give them my information to make payment and now they are taking money out like every two week two or three payments.
Come to find out I paid the loan that they say they are collect for.
