I Nova receiveda phone call stating that im going to jail and taking to court over a loan i never recieved by this company. The representative who if I can remember was the name Shawn Canon he has called my work and cell phone I have agreed for the loan I was instructed to get a voucher to pay for the loan processing then I would have a loan in my account for $3,000.00. I have not signed a contract nor have recieved a a contract by email or mail. This is upsetting being told i'm going to jail for 10-12 days I'm a single mother with 3 children. Please help!
