Beware their latest tactic. They will somehow lose your payment if you are paying less than the full amount due to hardship. They then sell the loan to a collection agency. This is illegal. Report anything even remotely wrong done by these folks to the US Attorney's office... They're interested. Also, if you haven't heard of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), I'm sure they constantly violate those rules which throws into question their entire balance sheet and therefore the valuation of their company and stock. We need a class action suit from every State in the Union. They need to audited... These folks are worse than Enron. Also, since they are probably so full of SOX violations, the SEC should be investigating them. Also, send letters with details to their headquarters in London. Their scandal is international.
