This ripooff company purports to be an independent processing center, working in conjuction with the FHA to help Uncle Sam disseminate federal government refunds. I mailed off my application, along with $29 for the application and processing fee. The packet was supposed to arrive within two weeks. When I heard nothing, I called their phone number. I got the standard "we're open 9-5 recording" and was told I could leave a message. No beep, I called several times and got the recording each time. I have received nothing from them. I saw that their is another complaint about them on another website. The offer looks real, but I think I'm being scammed. A total fraud, from my point of view.
