DO NOT send any money to the Templeton & Bradstreet Agency, Inc. This company solicits individuals as reps. To process refunds for homeowners who have paid for mortgage insurance thru their mortgage loans.
They ask you to pay an initial rep. Fee of $28.95 which they say is refundable after you process your first claim, however this company NEVER send you the so-called new rep. Package to get started.
I have talked to a "Don Powers" at this company, he is a very good con-artist who assures you that the package is on the way. This liar is real smooth.
When you call there office, you get an automatic answering service, that initially would allow you to leave a message, now they have the system to just hang-up after their initial recording.
PLEASE do not get ripped-off by this company as I have. DO NOT send them any money - because you will definitely not get it back.
