They said I was qualified for an $8,000 grant and only needed to pay $257 to process application everything would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks

Somebody called my wife on 11/1/04 at 7:35 pm saying that she qualified for a federal grant worth $8,000. All she had to do was give them her checking accout number and then the fee of $257 would be needed to process her application that she would receive in 2 to 3 weeks. They even left a real 800 number a grant access code address everything.
