My wife applied for a credit card for us through Suncorp and the application went to Citibank which we found out later. When you ask for credit cards through Suncorp the pre recording goes to great lengths to tell you that Suncorp take no responsibility for the credit card at all and they completely distance themselves from City Bank. NO WONDER WHY!!! These people are the rudest most arrogant individuals I have ever dealt with! We have never not made a payment but a couple of times have forgotten or been a little late (a week or so), then you get the phone call, any hour of the day and the only thing missing is the interogation light and the smack around the head! And it goes on and on, rude questions and continual beligerant comments. Explaining it was an oversight and you will make the payment immediately is not enough you have to put up with 20 minutes of crap from people in India and they dont miss any opportunity to charge you big late fees. We have been with Suncorp for many years and paid off a number of houses with them but as far as i'm concerned they can go jump for putting this 3rd world Mafia in charge of their credit card business. We are about to pay out the card with City Wank and then I will never have anything to do with them again!
