Pre-approved gold card for 15000 dollars First National Credit Scam

Letter received in the mail today for this big GIFT from heaven. I was surprised. No credit checked, no Visa or Mastercard logo. Only send 37 or 43 dollars.
I said to myself: "let's check them on the internet". Bingo, BIG SCAM.
How come they let this happen, this is stealing from people. Who is going to put an end to this?
Soon they will be using other names. Be vigilant.
