While the creation of the mega banks was supposed to provide exponential service, it has produced some of the most inefficient financial institutions in the country. Then President Obama names them as one of the banks that "can't fail" thus giving them no incentive to improve their services enough for a customer to expect to receive the information regarding their account that BofA os obligated to provide. Whatever you do, refinance at your local community bank and keep your money out of the super banks. Its just a matter of time before printing money destroys the dollar and the entire system collapses. I doubt anyone will ever read this but I have ways of reaching millions of readers and intend to warn the public as much as possible. Bewhere!!!
