Litton Loan Servicing
Trying to foreclose on my house overpayments

For eleven years I have been in my house. My mortgage company then was through Hud. Then they changed it to Simon Bros who turned the mortgage over to Litton loans. Since then it has been a living nightmare.

I have during this time had two heart attacks, a pacemaker placed, along with an artificial mechanical valve. To add to that I have had two Strokes which has affected my memory.

For three years I have been debating with Litton Loan about my mortgage payment. First they stated that I had no insurance, in which I did, then they said that I needed to pay the taxes because it had went up and they had to use some of the money to catch it up. All this time I have never received a payment booklet or receipt from them. I had filed bankruptcy and Litton Loans are trying to get me out of it so that they can forclose on my loan.
Now they are trying to foreclose on my house because they say I am behind and will never catch up.

I have just about all of my cancel checks which shows I am not behind but they will not return my call. They also went up on my mortgage for about six months without me knowing it and now refuse to take any payments I try to make.

Now after going to court I have 45 days to get a second Mortgage or try and work something out with them. So They added all that extra payment where they went up on the mortgage along with other payment and states I owe a total of $10,000 or more. I cannot contact them and they will not return my call.

These people are nothing but a "Rip Off" and something need to be done about them. They are crooks and so are their Lawyers. Please help me and others to put Litton Loan out of business and where they need to be, and that is in "Hell".
