I go to check my bank statement and find that I have an unauthorized purchase from this company of 26.98 for some E-Boost pills. I never signed up for this and yet they found it in their hearts to charge me for it. I called to dispute it and they told me they would refund my money once they had the product back in their warehouse. It should have never left the warehouse because I didn't order it! You take your time giving me MY money back but you took no time taking it! It's a scam all around. If you check NO for every offer they try giving you some how they find a loop hole and still charge you. I said I will return all the products and keep the ball because after all the infomercial did say it was yours to keep for free just for trying it and they told me I had to return the ball too.instead of them trying to make me the customer happy, and just refund the boost money, they would rather you return everything and have them refund all the money (not including shipping) and not make any money and have an unhappy customer. They were unwilling to work with me. The only solution they had for the problem was... Send it back. It was as if they were saying screw you! I regret doing this and will NOT do it again. For the money that was spent or taken, I could have went to a gym and got a year membership and saved myself the headache of this. Do not buy this unless you want unauthorized charges on your statement. I can go out and buy my own ball and make up exercises if that's the case. I can save myself time and money.
