I am having my bank account charged $19.99 every month, illegaly and WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. About 6 months ago I called the number provided on a TV ad for the Melt-it-off with Mitch Gaylord excersize video and Ball. It was a horrible experience, the automated order line used every trick in the book to get me to add to the offer I had seen and called about. There were 8 or 10 additional products and a very confusing express shipping offer that I was very careful to NOT order. I made it VERY CLEAR that I only wanted the minimum offer as was on TV. I would have just hung up but was terrified that they would simply put me down for everything, because they already had my credit card number. Well they have illegally charged me anyway. Every month, there is the following charge on my bank account "0SVR WEB CLUB MELT IT OFF 800 9016184 C" and a charge of $19.99. I think it is a charge for some ridiculous cheap and fake looking pills that I received in the mail, twice (even though I am billed every month), with the Melt it Off name on the lable. I did not order any pills. I NEVER ordered any pills! Nothing but the Video, that's it! All I wanted was the excersize video and ball as advertised. I have called and gotten no where, I am about to contact the KY state authorities and any and every Blog, site and agency I can to get this SCAM stopped.
