Thank you SO SO SO much all of you for writing the reviews about the hidden charges! I just ordered my Melt it off package yesterday with Ball/DVD's only (so I thought). I thought I might check out what people were saying about the workout because it DOES look great... And then I found out how much trouble you all had. I went online to track my order to find out I had signed up for some "Web Signup" whatever that is. I called customer service, and the first time got disconnected, but the second time I got smart and chose the menu option "CANCELLATIONS." Well I got through pretty quick that way, they must have a separate "Oh Crap We're Losing A Customer" line... Lol. I asked the woman to tell me what is listed on my account for upcoming charges, and she told me not only about the web signup thing, but I ALSO was enrolled in auto shipments of the vitamins!
I asked her to take me off of it, and she said, "what if I offer you free shipping?" I said NO... Don;t try to sell me anything else... I only want the ball and the DVD's... That's it. She stopped her sales pitch and promptly cancelled the auto ship of the vitamins and the web signup thing, and gave me confirmation numbers for each transaction. Hopefully it sticks!!! If I see any other charges I will let you know!!! Thanks so much for the heads-up... You saved me a ton of hassle!
