Ripoff payed them the one time applaction or lenders fee and that is the last time i heard from them

I wanted to find a company who would help me build my credit thats when i found circuit mirco. I payed them the one time applaction or lenders fee and that is the last time i heard from them. I tryed to email them to find out about the paper work they told me i would be getting in the mail but with no response... Please help it has been months
