Conveniently busy phone number no way to cancel application screwed others too the business that doesnt give a dam abused & mistreated

June 18 I completed an application for credit to purchase a computer. The company said that everyone is approved. Anyway, at the completion of the application, I noticed that there was a $24.99 processing fee for the application. I was apalled and tried to cancel the transaction. I sent an e-mail to the address provided (immediately) and I tried to call the 800 number they provided on the site for costumer service.

I tried to call that number all afternoon, night and next morning. I finally got someone on Monday and told them of my problem. They told me that if the funds were not in he bank the application would automatically be canceled and there was nothing for me to worry about. I was satisfied with that. On July 14 there was a NSF fee on my account for Telecheck was was trying to collect a 25.00 fee for a bounced check to Circuit Micro.

I phoned Telecheck and they were just as rude and nasty and did not want to hear anything I said. They told me to call circuit micro and they would have to lift the order, but when I called circuit micro, they said there was nothing they could do. The ACH for the 24.99 never cleared my bank and I want to know how they are continuing to try to collect a service fee. After speaking several times with Circuit Micro (who by the way said that I can purchase a computer but would have to put several dollars down and make payments in good faith for 3-4 months and then I could get the computer).

I called Telechek again at the urging of circuit micro and telechekc again said that there was nothing they could do. They went into this account again several days later (by this time I had cleared the account and I received another NSF fee. They are so rude and obnoxious and said that they would continue depositing this until they are told to stop.

It is very frustrating that neither one of these parties will take responsibility for this action. They are strictly hell to deal with. Stay away... I am up to $60.00 out so far, but I intend to get it back someway.
