Chris Burnell has perpetrated a classic Ponzi scheme on dozens of Southern California Investors. He claims to be using the money for investments, but in fact just gambles it away at San Manuel Indian Casino and buys expensive vehicles and fly's around on his private jet.
The guy is a complete scam artist and will tell any lie he can to get you to "invest" with him. He is a true financial predator.
