The public should beware of Ted Saltzman, a California con man who appears to be running a Ponzi scheme. He "offers" fraudulent investment opportunites to anyone who will listen to him, takes their money, and uses it for himself, and to further his scheme. He claims to be the CEO of First Austin Capital (a private bank), which is nothing more than the LLC he has apparently formed (possibly in Oklahoma - not in California), and the Environmental Impact Foundation whose California license has been revoked. He sends out e-mails to "potential investors" and signs his name as Ted Saltzman, CEO & Managing Member, First Austin Capital, a bank that doesn't exist.
A California courts search of Theodore Saltzman and Ted Saltzman shows numerous law suits against him from a variety of creditors from large bank institutions, to local businesses.
This is being written for one reason: to advise the general public to avoid Ted Saltzman, no matter what investment opportunities he may offer:
1) Whether he offers to fund your business (or)
2) Whether he offers to invest YOUR money in something "that benefits the world"
Do not take him seriously. You will NEVER see your money.
