This cruel individual Lisa Mahoney has planned & plotted a fake investment scheme to rip off millions from many hard working people. These investors trusted her with their 401k's, inheritances, life savings and more.
In some other cases her scheme intailed setting up fraudulant loans through a certain bank in which she would have the investors pull out all the equity from their homes for hundreds of thousands of dollars through people she had connections with at that particular bank. Some of these investors have had to pay mortgages on this money which Mrs. Mahoney has had for more than a year. The higher the investment the higher the return.
This whole scheme has put a lot of the investors in financial dispair and psycological ruin not to mention an emotional draining nightmare that doesn't seem to end.
It all comes down to FRAUD. The monies that were said to be invested in property and land, Were NOT... This is what has said to be KNOWN as a classic PON'ZI SCHEME, (aka) Pyramid.in my opinion this should be classified as " GUT WRENCHING "
We can only hope that the law protects the victims and justice is served!!!
