This is a follow-up for a debit card fraud/identity fraud that happened in August. After denying my dispute of their claim that I authorized MARYLAND HYDROPONICS to charge my debit card $209.79 the scammers at DIRECT EXPRESS told me I could get copies of the documents on which they based their decision to deny my claim. (ie. Marylond Hydroponics will steal from you if you sue a credit or debit card)
It's been more than a month since I sent DIRECT EXPRESS CARD SERVICES the letter requesting the supporting documents. The girl that answered the phone told me she was transferring me to the Tier 2 personnel.instead I got a recording that stated "The person to whom this call is directed is not taking calls"!
This is how Direct Express deals with their fraud claims. They keep the money they're supposed to be reimbursing their customers. How much money is it that they're defrauding the hundreds of thousands of customers they have? $Millions? $Billions?
This is a federal crime and the U.S. Treasury is dumping all over the Social Security recipients throughout the United States. Write to your U.S. Senator and Congressman. Call them! Contact them any way you can but tell them! Don't be shy about it. If you don't tell someone about this fraud these P. O. S. Thieves won't go to jail where they belong.
There are more than 75 Ripoff reports here that total over $75,000! That's just counting people that took the time to come here and write a report.
