Trying to get my credit card number saying that they are going to lower my interest rates. Then they gave me a bogus name and address

This company keeps calling. This time I asked them for their address and got a bogus one. They refuse to take my name off their do not call list. They want my credit card numbers, saying that they will lower my interest rates. The guy laughed when I said that I was going to report them. After doing some research, the call came from Boston, not New Mexico like he said.
