Hard Hold on my account

I've paycheck draft to my bank account. Wells Fargo froze my bill with cash to stay a over-draft cost subsequently delivered my paycheck check back out-of one consideration subsequently held another work paycheck sign in another bank account having a freeze onto it also. I call loss-prevention they mentioned they were documenting the phone call. 24 hours later I get into the Department plus they inform the Teller they never talked in my experience. Loss-prevention has use of all my cash why are they getting such a long time to complete the things they need to do.
