Went into 901 Gessner, Houston, TX 77024, on May 29, at roughly 9:00 am. I work with Port within the Container, and Wells Fargo is allegedly a location I will money a Comdata check at, with no charge. I offered my check, and also the teller claims I can not cash it with no agreement rule, that we described is directed at teller once they call into 1800 range. The teller proceeded to inform me I had been wrong, and required a signal before he'd continue. I described again, I approved the draft out-of my comdata consideration, and he was necessary to contact and get the signal from their website. He nearly declined again, but his employer informed him to test calling and thus grudgingly he did. He then proceeded to inform me there's a $10.00 charge. I attempted to exhibit him paperwork I'd from comdata and port within the container, having an arrangement between comdata and wells fargo lender, that had no-fee on comdata checks cashed at wells fargo. He explained it was not the situation and charged me the charge. After which proceeded to do something like he was doing me a benefit by cashing the check.
