Was contacted by Greystone Law Firm with P.J. Young as the representative.
I was being sent foreclosure notices by my mortgage company.
After giving his schpiel and then checking with the California Bar Assoc. To see if the Bar Code he had given me was legitimate, I found it to be so, Attorney name Denis O'Mahoney, CA Bar #77635.
The total cost for the services was $2,995.00. I was instructed to deposit the first half $1,500.00 into a Wells Fargo Bank Account, according to the contract. Which I did, to start the process.
I then prepared the contract documents he had sent with all of my personal information and faxed them signed to the fax number provided.
I received additional request for personal information and faxed to him.By now we're entering into the first second month of preparation and he is requesting the balance of the total cost $1,495.00, which he stated must be payed because others had skipped out on them once their modifications were completed. I complied and deposited the balance into the Wells Fargo Bank account number provided.
I then started to make make follow-up calls to see how things were progressing. I was told the paper work was sent to the back of the office to a Jennifer Harris, Fax # (866) 560-9772. Then Jennifer would call and PJ at times for additional information.
There came a point in time that Jennifer Harris and P.J. Young disappeared from the radar screen. Now I was told Randy Moore was taking Jennifer's case load over. Randy Moore requested additional info which was sent, Randy Moore at phone # (310) 448-2129 ext. 103, fax # (866) 838-9491, e-mail [email protected]. Most recently I called Randy Moore to see where we stood and he said he had a few more other cases to check on with Wells Fargo Bank and would check on mine.
He called me back and said I had to sign a new Authorization form because the one I first signed had expired and Bristol Law Group had bought Greyston Law Fim out. The new form he sent me was with a different letterhead, Bristol Law Group, 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Ste. 1858, Wilmington, DE, 19808... Phone # (866-398-3619), fax# (866-838-9491). I haven't signed it nor called him back on it Wells Fargo won't talk to me because of original authorization and won't talk to Randy Moore without me signing new authorization. Desperately Need help.
