Hi my name is tim i am a victim of these people to i applied for a credit card with them but when i tried to cancelled i could not get intouch with anyone so i took the money out of my account but they still tried to get the money it cost me $60 dollars of insufficient fund fee, s they did not get the money so they filed a bad report to the credit bureau and they messed up my credit so when i applied for a real credit card i was turn down because the report said that i renigged on a agreement to pay so they have it as a delinquent debt that has not been paid i did not have any credit before this it was not bad i just did not have any now i cant get it because of this can someone tell me how to get this of my credit report help please
