I got my loan in 1998. They started to be a problem in 2000. They have called my neighbors and told how bad a people we are. They have called and cussed us.
When I got a new loan last week, thur a different company. My payoff was a lot more than it should have been. I called they said it was for 3 payments from last year. So I had them send me paperwork on it. Come to find out they have been making corp. Fees since 2000. They range from 78 cents to 662.00.
Now I am trying to find a lawyer to get my money back or join a civil lawsuit with someone. Its to hard to make end meet to have someone rip you off.
