Wells Fargo rpioff us by we closed account in middle of July by phone. Was on our way out of town due to illness in family.in Sept. We recieved a statement showing we were overdrawn by 137.00 and they were telling us if we didn't made a deposite to cover that overdref they were going to close our account and turn it into collections.
We called and they said they didn't have any notes about closing the account in july. They accepted a charge that wasn't even suppose to be there. We are now waiting until they get in touch with the person that put the charge on our account and if they will credit the account then they will close our account if not they want us to cover that 137.00 we are not going to.
