Previously alertpay frozen money stolen money

This is how payza still your money. My client paid me $400 through them, They froze the money saying they have to check the source of money (they have never intended to withdraw it anyway) till November. I sold the website I'm left without nothing. No response so far the last email I got is Thank you for choosing Payza as your payment processor. I am contacting you on behalf of Payza's Fraud Prevention department.

This email is regarding the following withdrawal:

Date Initiated: 9/19
Amount: 1,178.00 PLN

As part of our standard security review, this withdrawal has been declined and the funds placed on a temporary hold within your Payza account while we investigate the source of the funds.

The review will be completed on or before November 7 at which the funds will either be reversed or released back onto your account.
