I contacted Veracity Credit in April regarding their "credit reapir" services. I originally spoke with John Madison Ayer, he got my account active and the ball rolling. I advised John to keep me informed as to what was going on, who they contacted, etc, as I was a bit skeptical of this whole process. He assured me I would be hearing from him on a regular basis, and I would be receiving information from the various credit beureaus. That turned out to not be the case. After over a month, I had not received any of the paperwork he described, so I called him and emailed him. No response.
I called and emailed him again. No response. I called again and spoke to a "supervisor" Kyle Kolb. Who went through the whole procedure and explained "his people were all over it" and talked me into signing my wife up. She started to receive documentation, but I still did not. And again, not the kind of follow up I was promised.
So I called kyle again to dsicuss the situation. It is now middle of July. He said he would crddit me for one month as I was disgusted with service and level of professionalism. I did receive the credit after sometime.By end of August I still was not receiving the type of responses from him or credit beureaus I was promised and called Kyle to cancel my subscription. My wife wanted to continue for the time being. He said no problem, he would cancel my subscription effective immediately.
Come end of September, I get charged twice.
I called and spoke to Nick in accounting. He asked that I email him bank statements showing the two charges and he would credit me immediately. I asked that he email or call me to verify he received the documents and that the credit had been processed. Several days later, still no word from Kyle or Nick. I called again and spoke with Nick today regarding the credits and to cancel both mine and my wife's subscription as I have no faith in this company and feel they lack professionalism with dealing with their "customers".

I want the BBB to be aware of these unprofessional actions, warn other potential customers of the risks, and to assure I get the refund of $70.00 I was promised and proof of cancellation and refund so this does not continue and I can be done with this company.
