Ocwen
Claim for Injunctive Action Case # 502004CA009133XXXXMB

In April I completed a Sarbanes Oxley 404 review for Ocwen Technology Xchange. During this assessment data that is considered to be a material weakness was identified and reported on. When I notified Executive Management about the issue, all of the data I had reviewed was deleted from the Ocwen network.

This data was an entire year from 35 critical servers and financial applications within Ocwen. This data showed over 14,300 trouble tickets submitted on their primary financial applications and monitoring data that showed their REAL suite of applications DOWN as much as 35% of the time.

These are the applications that Ocwen uses to report loan information to customers, this data directly supports the claims made in a class action suit filed against Ocwen in Federal Court.

After notifing Ocwen of the violation of Sarbanes 404, I waited a reasonable time for a response from Ocwen and contacted them again, with no response I contacted the SEC of the violation I had observed.

Ocwen has now filed suit against myself claiming I violated my NDA by reporting them to the SEC.

I have already filed a motion to dismiss and have prepared a Whistblower suit.

Read this stuff. These people are sadly mistaken if they think they can do this type of thing.

Richard,

I did not think you were asking for a response from me. From, your last
e-mail I thought you were going to provide the final report when you got
back from Boston and that we would talk after that if needed. Additionally,
it was my belief that pursuant to our agreement you were no longer looking
for any further response from Ocwen.

Richard, rest assured we are looking into your allegations.in the
meantime, why don't you give me a call because you should not be in
possession of any documents you produced while at Ocwen. That would be a
violation of the IPA agreement between you and Ocwen. I would like to make
arrangements for the return of everything.

Thanks. Kevin.

Kevin;

Since leaving Ocwen I have been contacted by 5 different legal firms
claiming to represent law suits against Ocwen.

Kevin, I was a contractor delegated to specific tasks, I have no interest or
desire to become involved in any ANY litigation issues that Ocwen has
ongoing.

Some of these contacts have even told me that criminal charges could result from
these suit.

In January I met with Dale Pickford, Stuart Fink and Eric Barbario. During this
meeting Mr. Pickford claimed that NO controls existed on any of the End

Of Day Processes. He repeated this numerous times. Money in "buckets came in"
and no checks existed "to show were the money went".

I met with Eric and Stuart within minutes of this meeting and Eric stated very
specifically that Mr. Pickford was making statements without any basis
in fact and that if his statements were true, the CFO and CEO would be in jail.

I am finding myself in very difficult situation, I have requested from you a

Written explanation as to WHY test data vanished during a Sarbanes Review and I
have not received a response.

I have been contacted numerous times by outside legal council asking me for
information about Ocwens business pratices.

And I have been told by an Ocwen employee that the current Sarbanes 404
review is going to be done by internal resources (defeating the entire
purpose of the review).

Unless I receive some kind of reasonable feedback from Ocwen, either you or your
legal council I feel a professional and ethical obligation to make a response.

If I am contacted by the SEC I will provide them a complete and total set of

All documents I prepared at Ocwen. I am informing you of this because I see
Ocwen headed in that direction based on the current 404 project direction.
