On September 6th I checked my account as I always do. I discovered that a company by the name of Palm Loan had debated my account without my permission or consent. When I called them they gave me the run around and told me that they could not give me back my money that they STOLE out of my account.
I began to inform them that I was going to contact Law Enforcement about the unlawful act that they just had committed. That's when Hugo the Rep. I was talking to told me that he could send me a gas voucher for 100.00 in an email. That I could use it anywhere and that should fix the problem. I told him I wanted my money back and not a voucher for gas. He further told me that he was unable to send my money back to my account.
I told him that I never gave permission for my account to be debated. Needless to say I have not seen a gas voucher, or anything. I am pissed off. This mess can not just go on and nothing happens to this company.
We need to get a class action law suite going, because when you do business like this you deserve to be put out of business.
