I used a visa credit card. It said it didn't go through... But it took $31.80 from my visa card and didn't give me no points

I had been applying my credit charge card to purchase $31.80 value of factors, It stated it didnot undergo due to a mistake, however it got my cash and didnot provide me no points at-all... Enjoy if you can assist... Its been cross wiring such as this for a while today... I'm martha. [email protected]... I had been obtaining the points for mafia battles... Cheers
