This is actually the toughest collection company I believe I've actually handled. You cannot get an honest solution out-of anybody there. I've been 5 months attempting to solve my problem and all i get is runaround and lies. I've had enough I'm likely to document a civil suit against them-this month. Within the meanwhile my bill with hsn continues to be compelled to become shut... Honestly after what I've handled with hsn going back 5 months it's no significant reduction both.
